Return/Order Policy

 Vault 206 Return Policy

📦 Eligible Items
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, placed inside a separate shipping package.

💳 Refund Method
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Store credit is issued once your return is received and processed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
• Items purchased at a 30% discount or higher
• Holiday/seasonal items
• Accessories (jewelry, hats, beanies, scarves)
• Intimates (bodysuits, bralettes, etc.)
• Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or stained (makeup, deodorant, etc.)
• Items without original tags attached

📨 How to Mail Your Return
• Package your item securely
• Include your order number inside the package
• Ship to our return address below
• Must be stamped by USPS/UPS 10 days after package is received.

⏱ Exchanges
Exchanges can be made if the item is still available when your return arrives. We cannot hold items for exchange.

FOR RETURNS:

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, jewelry, and items used for undergarment purposes. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@vault206.com.

Returns
OUR RETURN POLICY ONLY LASTS FOR 10 DAYS AND WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS! If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of an E-Giftcard via email when your Return is processed. It will be sent to the email address you have on file.
