Can items be returned with a torn off tag?
Can I return an item I purchased during a sale?
We do not return any items purchased during a sale. These items are always final sale.
Can I return jewelry, accessories, shoes, or intimates?
Can I exchange an item that did not fit?
Yes. You have 10 days to bring the item in, with tags, to exchange for another size. If you purchased the item online, you have 10 days from the time your order was delivered to put your item in the mail. Please message us for directions on how to complete your exchange! Please note: we still will not exchange jewelry, intimates, or shoes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship everywhere! It can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks and we are not responsible for any customs/duty fees. There is a $20 shipping charge for internationally shipping!
How long after I place an order will it be shipped?
All orders placed M-F will be packaged and shipped within one business day of the order. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be packaged and shipped out on the following Monday.
What if I need my order shipped faster?
We can do express shipping and the cutoff time for those is 4p.m. EST. Just make sure to select express shipping at checkout!
